This research endeavors to undertake a comprehensive exploration of immersive theater, tracing its conceptual origins, mapping its historical trajectory, and dissecting the diverse methodologies that define it. Moreover, the study seeks to investigate the myriad forms and formats of immersive theatre, unveiling how cultural shifts and technological advancements have amplified its global significance.
