Abstract

Ekstraksi dan analisis terhadap asid sitrik dari sampel buah nanas (ananas comosus) dari lima varieti yang berbeza iaitu nanas madu, nanas gula batu, nanas masmerah, nanas babagon clan josapine telah dijalankan. Data HPLC yang diperolehi menunjukkan hasil ekstrak ialah asid sitrik. Vareiti nanas madu memberikan peratus hasil yang paling tinggi iaitu 5.284%, diikuti nanas gula batu dengan 4.758%, nanas masmerah sebanyak 4.353%, josapine 4.096% clan nanas babagon 3.987%.
