Abstract
This paper discusses a new way to describe and model Bonification applications by using Task-data state diagram. This diagram is used to describe the different states of data and the tasks involved in changing the data from its original form into finally a sound representation. The characteristics of sonification applications which need to be described and illustrated by the diagram are also discussed. Copyright 2007 ACM.
