Abstract
Mohd. Arifin Arif (Arifin Arif) adalah seorang penulis Sabah yang dikaitkan dengan penulisan puisi Islam. Kebanyakan puisi beliau mengisahkan tentang sirah nabi, sahabat dan yang berkaitan dengan keinsafan. Teori takmilah yang diperkenalkan oleh Shafie Abu Bakar yang mengangkat sifat Kamal Allah dengan prinsip-prinsip yang dinyatakan akan digunakan untuk meneliti puisi Arifin Arif. Pengaplikasian teori tersebut dapat menjelaskan sama ada puisi Arifin Arif boleh dikategorikan sebagai puisi Islam atau sebaliknya. Melalui kajian yang telah dijalankan menunjukkan bahawa prinsip-prinsip takmilah seperti ketuhanan, kerasulan, keislaman dan keilmuan memang menjadi dasar kepada penciptaan puisi-puisi yang dikaji. Kata Kunci: Arifin Arif, takmilah, tauhid, kerasulan, ilmu, puisi Islam. Abstract Mohd. Arifin Arif (Arifin Arif) is a Sabahan writer, which is well known for his writing on Islamic poetry. Most of his poems tells the Sira of the Prophet, his companions and related to consciousness. Takmilah theory introduced by Shafie Abu Bakar who lift Kamal nature of God with the principles set out was used to examine Arifin Arif's poetry. Applying the theory to clarify whether Arifin Arif's poetry can be categorized as Islamic poetry or otherwise. Through experiments conducted show that the principles takmilah as divine, apostolic, Islamic and knowledge was the foundation for the creation of the poems studied.
