Abstract
Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) in Brunei is research that have not been closely studied. The paper will look at the current available research on FWA practice in Brunei as well as the previous literatures regarding FWA Benefits and Drawbacks, as well the drivers pushing the need for FWA Implementation, to address the need for further research on implementation of FWA in Brunei. The main research regarding FWA in Brunei is a survey done on Working from Home during the Covid-19 pandemic to gather insights on experiences of workers and students. Highlighting the benefits and drawbacks of FWA, as well as the drivers of FWA from other researchers strengthens the research agenda for FWA in Brunei. Closer research on experience with FWA in Brunei is needed to bridge the gap in the literature and gain better understanding for future implementation of FWA in Brunei.
