Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine on the basic concept, theory and model of human resources management in one organization. It discussed mainly about the strategic roles of the HR in overall management of one organization. The overall study is about the training program and its outcome towar<:Js the educator's intention to retain in one organization that runs at the PHU around Kata Kinabalu, Sabah. The discussion of the study will be focused towards the educator's impression of the training program and the effect of it towards their intention to stay remains in the organization. The findings from this study will be used to improve the performance and productivity of the organization and employee through the training program and the employee's loyalty towards the organization.
