Abstract
Decision Support Systems (DSS) rely on a data warehouse to assist the users, especially the managers, to make intelligent decisions for the organisation. To support correct and quality decision-making, the data warehouse should integrate the information associated with the managers by the roles and business processes of the managers. This paper the DSS, especially the data warehouse, and management theories to benefit the DSS users, especially top-level managers.
