Abstract

Organisational current culture has undergone a considerable transformation as a result of the cultural revolution over the past decade and has led to the new digitisation, particularly during the hit of the pandemic crisis of Covid-19. Therefore, this paper will focus its review on hastening digitalisation during the outbreak of Covid-19 in Malaysia. This paper reviews includes the understanding of pandemic crisis in Malaysia, digitalisation during the outbreak, organisational culture, and its important and related previous studies. The review and exploration of this paper is importance as it renders around a relatively new understanding of pandemic crisis and its association with organisational culture and the hastening of digitalisation during the crisis.
