Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic, which lasted more than a year, has had an impact on educational activities worldwide. Following the initial outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic virus in China in March 2019, all schools and colleges around the world were closed for extended periods. Teaching and learning in all countries, including Malaysia, were undoubtedly affected. The honourable mention covers the education process, which includes physical teaching, co-curriculum, and social skills. Due to the exposure of schools all over the world, there are always new approaches and strategies by researchers, teachers, and students over time. The Process-based Flipped Classroom approach is a combination of two main approaches, namely the flipped classroom approach and process-based writing. This study is a quantitative study to analyse students' perception and acceptance of the implementation of the process-based flipped classroom approach, which is a new approach to learning writing skills in English during the Covid 19 pandemic. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS V28) statistical software was used to calculate and compare the mean of each variable. In this survey, it was found that students were positive about the implementation of the process-based flipped classroom approach. It also indicated that students find the implementation of the Process-based Flipped Classroom using technology enjoyable.
