Abstract
Gas Chromatography Mass Spectromatry (GCMS) is a chemistry instrument that is commonly used for analysing a sample or analyte. Researchers must have the ability to use the equipment because it is important for their research understanding. For researchers to be able to identify the material being analyzed, they must first understand how the instrument works and works. Hence, a usable and practical instrument model is needed to validate the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches. Before implementing the model in the learning environment, this article presents the respondent's opinion on the feasibility of the model instrument. The GCMS model was chosen as the focus model for this research to assess teaching and learning approaches. A conceptual framework was used to create this model. About 30 respondents participated in this survey. The parameters used for assessment in terms of design and material suitability.
