Abstract

This research investigates the impact of human resourse strategy on employee retention in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province of China. The objective of this research is to examine whether independent variables (salary and benefits, career development, equality and supervisor/manager/leader) has a significant relationship on employee retention and alternative age, gender and education level play a moderate role in the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. It was found that independent variables have a significant impact on employee retention and independent variable (equality) does not have significant impact on employee retention. The are not moderating effect of age, gender and education level on the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable.
