Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain an understanding of incivility, bully and harassment and the relationship with the employee intends to leave the workplace. Furthermore, age, gender, marital status, professional rank and length of service as the moderator effect between the relationship of incivility, bully and harassment towards intention to leave. The Data has been collected from employer and working as Navy perform duty as supervision and supporting level management at Tawau Base Camp. SPSS and PLS has applied for data analysis. The results shows that Hl in this study are supported and H2 are partially supported. Discussion, limitation and recommendation for the future study are also presented in this study.
