This study strived to examine the relationship between non-monetary rewards consisting of three independent variables and job performance. The specific objectives are to determine the relationship between recognition, promotion and training & development on job performance amongst employees of hotels located within shopping malls at lBorneo, Kota Kinabalu. Using a quantitative method, one hundred and twenty one (121) hotel employees completed a survey questionnaire. Findings showed that recognition and training & development has a significant relationship with job performance among hotel staff.
